Domaine Raphet is perhaps one of the Cote d’Or’s best kept secrets. This family domaine in Morey-Saint-Denis has been passed down through the Raphet lineage and is now run by daughter Marion Raphet Today, the domaine exploits some 12 hectares and encompasses 4 grand cru sites, 3 premier crus, and an array of extremeley well postitioned village vineyards in the Cote de Nuits. Only a small amount of new wood is used each vintage and the wines are neither fined nor filtered before bottling.
